TORBED 750 & 1000 Electric Processors

The TORBED 750 and 1000 are fully automatic batch processors and will operate for extended periods of time with the minimum of operator attendance.

Both TORBED processors are quiet in operation and are complete with:

• 250 Litre feed hopper - expandables
• Auto batch weighing system
• 48Kw or 96Kw processing units respectively
• PLC automatic control system
• Interactive “touch screen” control panel
• Lid removal system

The choice of optional equipment will individualize the system for a variety of applications and installation sites.

At the heart of the TORBED is a 750mm or 1000mm diameter process chamber respectively. Both incorporate an integral hot air heating system. The supremely energy efficient heating systems are unique to the TORBED with the air being electrically heated and re-circulated within the “flame free” chamber. Thus, a clean processing environment is achieved that is free from products of combustion and contaminates.

The TORBED processors require an extract system to remove waste products given off during the process cycle, such as water vapour, volatile gasses and solid waste particles etc.
